Windows 98SE LAN Icon
 I have read and found out that 98SE does not have the little Lan Icon on the task bar. I know this is trival but was just wondering if there is anyway to fix this, say a third party utilily or something?? I have searched the net but I am either typing in the wrong searches or there is nothing. Thanks Pat |

No way I know of. The Network Neighborhood icon on the desktop is as close as I can think of. What exactly are you wanting to do?

I take it you want the little icon 2 comp. on XP showing the status of the on line LAN connection?....running a 98 SE system on one of my comps and would like to know if possible also..be nice anybody??/????

Yes that is what I am looking for. The 2 little computers or something like them. I know it is a minor thing and it doesnt stop the computer from working but !!!
