WMP9 Media Library doesn't load

In Windows Media Player 9, when I click on media library, all I get is a black screen. Everything is fully updated. Microsoft of course has nothing about it on their support site, though I've found other people with the same problem. Anything I can do short of reinstalling it?

Only thing I see in the MS KB that comes close to your problem involves conflicts with Easy CD Creator. What CD burning software are you using?

I'm using nero express 6. I've never installed easy cd creator. Also, I have three user accounts set up, and this problem is only when logged on to two of the accounts.

Do you have the InCD software that comes with Nero installed? I've seen somewhere about it confilicting with the WMP recording software that is a Roxio off shoot. Maybe try uninstalling InCD just to find out.

Here' another thought. Make sure both WMP and Nero are fully updated. Here's a link to the latest Nero update.
