Roxio Easy CD Creator problems in XP
Suddenly I am unable to open the application - nothing happens.
I have uninstalled and re installed to no avail. Also I get a 'RUN32DLL.EXE' shutdown message which I suspect is associated with this problem. I have also tried to install the latest software upsdate, but am advised that it won't install. Please, can anyone help?

What version are you using? Did you make any changes to the system befor it started doing this?

Thanks folks, I am using 5.3.4. SP8 Basic and have not changed anything on the system recently.
Also have not found much help on Roxio site. |
