i am try to clear up my start-up menu (the little thingy in the right hand corner). the one that starts programs up with you telling it to. well anywho im try to adjust it so only the programs i want are there and i can't figure it out.

go in run and type msconfig then go to the startup tab, there you can uncheck what you dont want running at start up. Be sure you dont remove anything that you need.
