Windows XP - reformat help
My friend wants to reformat her computer but seems to have lost the little sticker that has the product key to verify the OS so im wondering if theres a way to find it in the registry or...something of that sort so she doesn't have to buy a whole new OS...just wondering if this is possible or if when you reformat you really need the key...im pretty sure you do though... Thanks in advance
