PSW Protection

Could someone please let me know if there's an easy way to password protect a folder in XP pro.

Don't just password it, encrypt it with Maxcrypt which is free at the link below. It lets you make a file or folder virtually impossible to get into.

the first thing you need to do is convert from fat32 to ntfs.
then it will work good.
fat 32 does not support that
ntfs has much better security and protecting folders is just one of them

Is there an easy way of doing it to cover for other users of your computer on the same log-in password?
