Win 95 safe startup
My friends win 95 computer starts in safe mode no matter what you select in the startup menu, I'm not sure of the whole deal with this computer other then he had win 95 upgraded to 98 but the safe mode thing in win 95 make me wonder because I've never seen it happen before he did try virus check I think with norton and scanned the reg with norton win doctor with no fix but now he don't have the problem (upgraded to 98)I'd still like to know how if any way to fix this if I ever come across this problem in the future
