dotcom toolbar
strangely, this Dotcom toolbar, installs itself into my computer. repeatedly. ive removed it several times. can a program install itself? or is it someone that may be doing this? its very frustrating. also another problem im having, is with my start page. i have set it to www.racingflix.com a favorite website of mine. but somehow my start page keeps changing. it always changes to some pop up looking site. trying to sell me something. any ideas?

Run adware and spybot also a good regcleaner, there are numerous IE exploits in which web sites can hijack your homepage.
