Thumbs down my desk top wont work

My desk top or programs wont work . why?
I have formated my pc several times trying to get it to work.
I've also serched for the reasons why cant find out anything..
Please could some one tell me whats going on here?

We definately need a bit more info to be able to help you. When you say you formatted your PC several times what exactly do you mean?? What point is the PC at right now, (what does it do or not do when you power it up??).. Specifically what Windows version?? What kind of PC, and some specs if possible?? What happened to cause all this??
