problem starting computer

Hi
I have just reinstalled windows on my other computer. On the first start up it fails loading XP.
I then started it in Safe MOde and it gave an error.

The following boot-start or system-start drive(s) failed to load:
Fips
IPSec
MRxSmb
NetBIOS
NetBT
Processor
Rdbss
Tcpip

Then I installed the driver for my network card and it still cant start, it is still the same error.

It can only start in SafeMode but not SafeMode with Networking

What does this mean? Can anyone help?

Thanks
Jason

EDIT: forgot something.
It also added some random hardware which isnt physically there on my system.
They are:
Direct Parallel
WAN Miniport (IP)
WAN Miniport (IP) - Packet Scheduler Miniport
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)

Also, by not starting up, I mean it just freezes in the Windows XP Loading screen with the windows logo and blue scrolling progress bar thing.

I now changed the boot.ini to /SOS /BOOTLOG /NOGUIBOOT
it freezes up at MUP.SYS

What does this mean?

EDIT: Also, when i went to recovery console and typed in disable mup
it got disabled and now it hangs on NDIS.sys

Do anyone know what the prolem may be?

Its been like this for multiple formats which i have done. It was never like this before(meaning before i formatted my computer)
