convert to NTFS

I recently upgraded my Windows 98 machine to XP Pro. It is
still listed as FAT32. I planned on using the following command to convert to NTFS
convert C: /fs:ntfs my question is-where are the spaces ?
I am guessing there is a space after the word convert, and another space after the first colon. Is this correct ? Thanks in advance.
