Question when setting up new connection in XP pro, no option for connecting with a modem!

When I start the new connection wizard and I choose to connect to the internet and choose to create connection manually, the next window where it says to connect using a modem is there but shaded so I cant select it. My modem is installed and working fine(queried) but I cant choose my modem to connect. I have netzero and at&t on my pc and when niether of them show my modem to connect to either. I had windows 2000 and it worked fine. But when I upgraded to xp pro now this is happening. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Ron

Does the modem show up in Device manager?? You're probably going to have to uninstall and reinstall the modem since it sounds like it got lost as far as windows is concerned when you upgraded..
