Question Cannot Access Certain Websites or Run Norton Live Update

Today I cleaned out a computer that had these viruses:

W32.BLASTER.WORM
W32.BLASTER.E.WORM
W32.BLASTER.B.WORM
W32.BLASTER.C.WORM
W32.WELCHIA.B.WORM
W32.HLLW.GAOBOT.GEN
W32.RANDEX.GEN

I also ran Spybot Search & Destroy till It was clean. Now I am virus free and Spyware free. The only problem I am having is that I cannot access any antivirus websites. Such as www.symantec.com & www.nai.com. It tells me there is no page for this address. It won't even let me run my Norton Live Update. I know this is caused by one of the viruses. Now I am trying to figure out how to fix this. Anybody got any advice?

Some virus/spyware may have added entries to your hosts file, go to:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Open the file "hosts", and post the contents here.

If you can't get to the Security websites, it ain't cleaned up yet. What OS are you using? Delete restore points and run an sfc with your XP disk, if you are using XP.

Are you SURE the registry is clean?
