Unable to access printer control panel w/ XP
Posting for a friend, Trying to access the printer via;
Settings/Control Panel/Printer he gets a error message 'not responding'. The printer does work. He can print material, he just can't access it via this route. Also the same goes for his scanner! He is running XP (don't know what connection he is using for the printer though). Any ideas? |

Check the printer mfgr's. web site and make sure you have the latest drivers for XP.
