password protected download
i want to password protect any downloads on windows 98. any way i can do this? my computer is used a lot by other people who insist on dowloading stuff i dont like....

Probably what you'll want to do is to set up User Profiles, which can restrict the levels of what each can do. You can forbid downloads altogether, disable any changes to the Display Properties (screensavers, backgrounds, power management, etc.).
