heare is a update:

in running spybot it appeared to stop at the file and was let running for two hrs, the person thought it was locked up and closed it

so she is running it right now and is at that file, hard drive ked is blinking so it must still be doing something, she will let it run till morning or finishes sooner,
must be a real bad one
it has over 200 files infected in her system.

Spybot is hanging on the C2Lop. Open up Spybot in the advanced mode. Go to excludes and check both C2lop entries and this will stop Spybot from hanging.
C2Lop is a spyware program and needs to be removed but I can't remember where I saw removal instructions.

now this is getting interesting.

I downloaded bps and it said I had 300 files infected and cleaned them up.
ran it a second time and it was clean.

ran spybot and not I have it locking up at the C2.lop file.
and it is saying the the bps program is spyware and wants to delete it.

I am beginning to think that spybot is bad and not reallying right, cause I don't think I am having any problem..
its my sister that is getting a problem

update:
its a problem in spybot and they have the fix in there FAQ.
bps is bootleq software from spybot, it is useing there database so it is ok too.
bottom line is theres no problem at all.

thanks for all the help.
