Vnetbois.vxd

When restarting I get vnetbois.vxd press any key . How do I get rid of it? I used to have the instructions on how to fix it but must have misplaced them. Windows 98se

go into control panel networking and delete out the dial up adapter and all the other stuff that is there. all of it
then reboot and go back into control panel networking and add dial up networking again and all the other things you deleted there.
reboot

note: if your cab files are not on the hard disk make sure you have your windows cd ready
