well lets take a look there is a virus that does do this
netsky virus if your virus scanners didn't pick it up then lets try doing an online scan Run an online antivirus check from at least one and preferably 2 of the following sites.... http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/ http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/ |

Ok, I tried to scan pandasoftware, but 10 min after it begun, the computer slowed down and the scan was scanning like 3 files per 5 seconds .... I tried to start my comp in SAFE MODE too, but did the samething. whatever I do, I can't finish a complete scan without computer being slow down ... I thought about format... but the end of the session is coming soon and I don't want to spend time on this ....
Help ...

Spyware could slow down your computer but if it does it in safe mode then that may not be your, problem

lets see what were dealing with
see if we can get you running again Please do this. Click here: http://www.sherrylynn.us/HijackThis.exe to download Hijack This. Save it to it’s own folder (not temporary files or the desktop). Close all open windows and open HIJACK THIS. Click “Scan”. When the scan is finished (it only takes a second), the scan button will change to “Save Log”. Click on “Save Log” and save it to NotePad. Copy the entire log and paste it here. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET, most items that appear in the log are harmless or even needed. Wait for someone to analyze the scan and advise |

Hmm - I see a 3rd party firewall I'm not familiar with, and 2 antivirus packages installed.
Try this - enable the builtin XP firewall and uninstall the armor2net firewall - and uninstall everything you have that says McAfee - and use only AVG, enable its resident shield. See if this helps. |

Resident Shield is the memory resident portion of AVG, look in the AVG control panel. This is the same as McAfee's Vshield. Having 2 memory resident real time protections running can really confuse the computer and slow it down big time, they will fight each other every time you open a file.
