Please Help!!!asap

I have a Windows NT 4.0 with sp6a. I was putting this computer onto a new domain & The old domain was a static IP ADDS & the new one I was putting it on is DHCP. I went to the network properties to change it & there was no TCP/IP to be seen, though, it was on the old network. I tried to add it & it popped a message saying that TCP/IP was already installed. I brought it off the old domain onto a made up workgroup & then restarted the machine & tried to add or update TCP/IP & it said the same thing about it was already installed. I also uninstalled the NIC adapter & then reinstalled it to see if that would help & it still did the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions I can try. I have never heard of this before. PLEASE HELP, I need to have this machine up & running by Monday Morning!!!!Thanks
