Performance: Windows Task Manager

Hi:

WinXP
Physical Memory: System Cache

What does system cache refer to, would this not be the same as the virtual memory used by the commit.

Total: Handles and Threads

I understand the processes are the system and application files what are the other two measurements referring to?

thanks

its at the top right of the menu bar.
it will give you detailed information on how to use all the stuff.

so what you want to know is what threads and handles are?
is that correct ?

that is what the cpu does in the systemit processes the handeling if systen request, processes the threads of information or data, that is between the ram and the cpu bus
its just names that they are called.
amother way to say it is its the things that the cpu processes at the systems request.
or - the activity of the cpu

does this help ?
