spyware

how do you get rid of these they are on my computer i have norton anti virus 2004 and im running xp pro this has caused my computer to slow down a lot can anyone help

I recommend you also install a firewall if you haven't. www.kerio.com is a very good one.

i just did a restoation of a computer,i ran spybot and it found 311.and yes zonealarm is very good
