What happened?
I was playing Medal Of Honor today, and the BSOD came up and said begining dupm of physical mem. And then it shutted down and whould not boot back up. I got a message saying that a file was currupted and windows could not load without it. I was asked to insert the Win2k cd and press "r" BUT I looked all around my house and cannot find my cd. so will a wim 98 cd work? Well the sys specs are in my sig. Thanks a bunch.
btw. Sorry I have been in the forums lately...hard at work...you know? |

No, it has to be the 2K cd.

Okay. Is there a way to fix it with out the cd? It starts to boot and hangs on the PCI page thing...

Okay I think I fix it....I guess when I tried to make everythi ng look all pretty inside by tucking some cables under the mobo I shorted something out..once I removed them from under neth it started with-out a problem...lol and I just found the win2k cd after it worked. Thanks GLC for your help.
