please help me
i just ran spybot and got rid of things that were harming my computer. Then my comp froze up so i tried alt ctrl delete but nothing happened so i was runnig out of time too due to work and i cut the power of from the power supply now i cant get my computer to get to windows i can get to the bios but i dont know how to fix this i have windows xp could it by my cpu it is reading at 103 f any help would be great

thanks glc but still no luck it wont even boot in safe mode or from a cd i may have to get a new hd and start all over

If it won't boot from the CD, you have a hardware issue that needs to be taken care of.

You are changing the BIOS to make the CD as first boot device, right?
