Exclamation Boot error!!! HELP!!

HELP!!

Ive just finished building my own pc! I have loaded windows Xp Pro into my computer and have formatted it onto my hard drive! But when it comes to the actual setup for windows where you set the time and date i get an error message before i can do anything! It says : Manifest Parse Error: Invalid at the top of the Document. Ahh what am i gonna do!?!
