I did a system restore on my system and now I cannot load
Norton 2000. I manually run the cd and open setup and then a MSDOS windows opens and gives the command "bad file command". When I was doing the system restore a message appeared on the screen saying that some norton files would be lost. How can I load Norton 2000 on my system from a CD? |

try uninstalling it and then reinstall it
if you cant uninstall, do the new install straight over the top of the previous one. ive never had probs doing things this way (any virus updates will probably be lost though) |
