from Trend Micro

Click on Start>Run.

Type cmd then press Enter.

Type the following in the command prompt:
regsvr32 /u malware file

NOTE: malware file is the name of the malware file(s) detected earlier.

Close the command prompt.

Have you tried just deleting the file? if you can't maybe one of the following may help you out.

try deleting the .dll file from safe mode, or

If your OS is 9x or ME restart in DOS from the prompt enter del windows\system32\iyus.dll

First, right-click on my computer then propreties. Click the system restore teb then check the turn off system restore tab and click OK. reboot your computer but hold F8 after the POST (start holding it a bit before it ends so you dont miss it) and you will have a menu, choose safemode and then in safe mode do what lobos posted

NOTE: If the following error appears, disregard and continue with the next procedure:

Dllname was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer or DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found.

the command is regsvr32 not regsvr, that might be your problem.
