IE repair

when attempting to repair Internet Explorer 6 by going to add/remove programs, I noticed and entry that is called "Internet Explorer Q832894". When I clicked on it it brought up a box that said "this programs uninstalls Q832894 and restores your previous version. do you want to uninstall Q832894 ?"
Having never seen this before I left it alone. Does anyone know what this is, or seen it before?
