system restore?

If I go back about a week on system restore will I lose all my
Microsoft system updates I've done since then?
Also will I lose my anti virus updates? If so will
McAfee re-update automatically?
If I had a faster connection I wouldn't worry about this,
but my 65K is sooooooo slow! Thanks for the help.

It will roll it back to the way the system was, so logically thinking, you may lose all the recent updates you've had. But neverless, you can always put them back on.
