Windows XP JPEG Filter
Today I noticed when I right click and save as on a picture the only option I have is BITMAP the JPEG option I use to have is gone.And or very limmited. Can someone please giove me a fix for this ? Or the Microsoft Knowlege Base article ?

Ok it worked but how does clearing temp files fix this problem ?
