I downloaded the Hellgate London demo via torrent. It didn't go through and I want to delete the installer but everytime I try it says the file is in use. I've tried rebooting in safe mode and it still won't delete.

Are there any programs or methods I can use to get rid of this file?

Check to see if it has a process running that would prevent it from being deleted.

Check that your torrent client isn't active, and that it's currently seeding the installer file - this would perhaps prevent it from being deleted.

I've tried everything.

Dr. Delete worked, it was awesome. I saved 1.45 GB, thanks.
