Unhappy Need help PLEASE! "other user" @ login

So here is the deal. My friend just got a brand new Dell inspiron 530s and she wanted me to put her old drive in it so she could access all of her old files. She gives me just the 2 computers and I take them home to do my thing. I look in back of her new comp and there are no PS2 ports for either the mouse or the keyboard only USB ports. I dont own a USB keyboard.

She has yet to boot up her new comp so I get to do the honors. I am hoping that it will allow me to pull up the onscreen keyboard some where during the initial boot process but it does not.
When I get to the part where it asks for a user name and password I just right click and leave the fields blank.

After the computer does its thing it boots up to the login screen and the only account showing is "other user" I try to leave the fields blank but it wont allow me to do that and now I cant get into this comp at all!

Any suggestions as to what I can do to get into this thing aside from reinstalling vista?
