Start menu

Hey,

I would like to keep the vista style start menu but for the "all programs", is it possible to have it open in a full box rather than a scroll box?

I've checked everywhere and can't find a option for that.

See if this is what you're looking for. Right click on your Task Bar>properties>Start menu tab>switch to Classic View.

Nope. I still want the vista style menu, but when you scroll over "all programs", I don't want the programs to be in a scroll box. Do you know what I mean?

I guess I don't. What do you want it to look like? Do you want it like a previous version of Windows? Which one?

I don't think that is possible. It's one or the other.

I would like to have seen a button that simply says "Off" in the lower left hand corner. I guess that would have been too simple, logical and easy for Microsoft to do that. So with Vista, we are still left with having to make three clicks in a submenu three levels deep in order to shut down...how stupid
