having trouble with vista

this is what i have
Compaq Presario SR5130NX-AMD Athalon 64x2 3800+, 200GB/1GB Ram/Nvidia GEforce 6150 SE

im playing this game called soliderfront and when i play this my computer freezes and somethings lags.

and now its starting to freeze when im not playing i got mcafee as my firewall.
can u help me

I don't think you have enough ram. Soilder front is an old game and does not take up a lot of resources but I believe the main cause for your lag is because of vista. It is a ram hog and 1 gb of ram will simply not cut it. Maybe tone down the vista effects to free up ram and also make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
