Notepad.exe problems

Okay, I am an experienced technician here and this is my first time encountering something like this i used google but couldnt find anything on this problem so im here. The problem is Everytime i start up notepad it doesnt show the window goes to right side on the outside of my Monitor(the area where your mouse goes but you cant see it) I try to right click on the task in my start bar to move it but the crusor shows up but i cant move neither see notepad.
Can anyone help with this problem.

Try changing the screen resolution to something smaller and then changing it right back. That may force the application to "draw" itself in a visible area of the screen.
