Home Premium VS. Ultimate

What are the major differences between the two? Right now I am running Vista Ultimate 32bit and I am going to be upgrading to 64bit to use more ram, and I don't know If I really want to pay the extra for Ultimate.

I have Vista Ultimate x32 and Vista Home Premium x64, in my opinion it's not worth spending extra $$$ for the Ultimate version.

Ditto. If you go over the comparrison chart mentioned above and don't need any of the boatload of extra options - there's no need to pay for em.

If you have Vista Ultimate (as you state in your post) the 64bit software is included. If you have Vista Home Premium, Microsoft will send you the 64bit software dvd for $10. That's how I did it, and SP1 is included on the dvd.
