I just installed Vista 64-bit with SP1. I was wondering if DirectX10 is already on it or do I have to download it? Are there any other downloads I should get with my newly installed Vista? such as drivers, updates?

DX 10 is alrady there.

Make sure you install all the drivers. Chipset, lan, video, sound.
