Run DLL errors at startup -_-

hi, i have recently upgraded my graphics card from an Nvidia to an ATi, and now at startup i constantly get these errors:

-- Error loading C:\Windows\system32\NvCpl.dll
The specified module could not be found.

and

-- Error loading C:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll
The specified module could not be found.

i take it that this is linked to the old Nvidia drivers however they were uninstalled before the Ati drivers were installed, and i have since tried numerous times to clean up traces of the Nvidia drivers using various driver cleaners but nothing works. any ideas?

Try downloading www.ccleaner.com and letting it clean your registry.

Also, go to run > msconfig > startup

From there, make sure you don't have anything nvidia related starting with the computer.

thanks Shadowpr, i did the mscofig thing and not it works absolutely fine. this forum is as helpful as ever.
