Recovery?
I have a Gateway Gt5678 Desktop. I ordered the Gateway Recovery disk for my gateway to reinstall my operating system"VISTA". The disk would start loading files to 100% but it would not load anymore. So I called Gateway Support they said it could be my hardrive so they sent me a new one and I tried it again but it did the samething. It just loads files but when it gets to a 100% it doesn't load anymore. Can anyone help me?

When it gets to 100% do you wait - let it do its thing - for 30 moniutes or so before giving up?
