Banners Not Displaying

I am not able to view every banner image on a variety of web pages?

My setup uses Vista (is this the problem?), an HP Flat Screen Monitor and I typically use the FireFox browser but the same problem occurs using IE?

I know the banners which are typically jpg files exist on these web pages because I have another (older) setup that displays them properly.

Can anybody offer a suggestion?

Thanks in Advance

What security programs like firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware do you have on the problem computer?

Kaspersky, however this problem existed prior to installing Kaspersky.
Before that I was using nothing special, just the built-in Windows Security.
No firewalls I know of.

Go to tools > Internet Options.

Click on the security tab, then click on reset all zones to default.

Then click on the advanced tab, click on reset advanced settings.

Then click ok.

That did nothing!
Also keep in mind that the changes you suggested only took place when I use IE for a browser.
As I mentioned I almost always use FireFox, so browser settings may not be the answer.

Can you post a link to a webpage that gives you trouble?

I can't think of anything else that can cause that.
