Upgrade versus OEM
Will be installing Home Premium 64 in an empty HD. Machine also has XP pro on an adjacent drive . Will be doing a dual boot setup.
Was planning to go the OEM route but I can buy the Upgrade nearly as cheap . I have previous MS OS's from XP back to 3.11. Is the upgrade suitable for a clean install, just showing it a previous version of Windows? Or, do I need to stay with the OEM? Thank you

The Upgrade version will work for a clean install...it's just a little more time consuming. Also, Vista will allow an upgrade from XP Home but not XP Pro.
