Frontlines:fuel of war problem.. .NET framework 1 sp3 dll missing

apparently the loading program .NET framework 1 sp3 is defective.. where do i go to turn it off..

i go games and click FFOW icon and get a message

further checking gets this

message---NCFSetup.exe has quit working. reinstalling the application may fix the problem.
then i click:solve problem and get= This application has failed to start because RAPI.dll was not found


i spent all day downloading .NET framework 1 to 4.5 and adjusting things to get the FFOW PATCHES to download.. got em downloaded now the .NET framework wont load the disk.. disk 1 gets

i remember checking a .NET box to turn it on, but i cant remember how to get back there to turn it off.. maybe that would help...??

anyone know how to do that

i gust restored it to an earlier date.. it was a pain messing with .NET

You can use Windows update to get the latest .net framework.

it is a problem is with secuRom.com

it wont let the game start.. it is a security program from SONY, says i have the wrong CD key, it isn't wrong, it isn't pirated, there are presently several lawsuits against these people, their program is a virus.

i have a receipt, but its past the return date, i have been in and out of the hospital for over a year with an injury to my hand, they finally amputated the damn thing..

so i really haven't been play'n many games lately, after the amputation the chronic nerve damage pain has been eliminated. so i taped a pen to my wrist and started playing again, some.

they want me to run an analysis and zip it and send it too them.. i haven't figured out how to do that yet.. an my mail system cant send it.

i have joined a multiplayer clan.. but cant run the game.
