"Windows Features On and Off" be set up properly..??

i have Road Runner with a Net gear modem

ANTEC 900 Case.
ASUS Rampage Formula X48.
Intel Xeon 3110 3MHz Core2 Duo.
VISTA 64bit Home Premium.
Silent Knight2 CPU cooler.
8GB OCZ Reaper HPC DDR2 1400.
2x Western Digital Caviar 500GB HD RAID1.
VisionTec Radeon HD 3870 1 Gb.
Cosair 750 watt PSU
OPTI UPS Battery Back Up.

i couldnt download Frontline:fuel of war Patches, i changed some features and got them downloaded.. BUT how should the "Windows Features On and Off" be set up properly..??

It's located in program and features > Windows Features

The only ones I have selected is xps viewer, and Internet prinitng client.

you click on START then CONTROL PANEL then to the LEFT in the blue boarder is TASKS at the bottom next to the shield is PROGRAM FEATURES-on/off
