Can't install fonts

None of the fonts that I have will install in my Vista Home Premium machine. I have TT, Open Type, and Adobe fonts, and everytime I try to install any of the 3 types, I get a message saying it 'is not a valid font file and cannot be installed.'

Does Vista really require different font types than what XP could use?

What is the exact name of one of the fonts and where did you get em from?

BDDAVINC.TTF -- true-type font, not sure where I bought it

Seems like lots of things work better when UAC is turned off. Just a reminder, you may want to change the way the Security Center notifies you too so you don't get nagged about turning UAC off.
