Do you see a button called "Show Hidden Icons?"

Are you certain the application is running?

Many apps have an option to NOT show it in the systray. Might want to check on that.

Hi again,I searched everywhere for that option, within the software itself,in the program files, cant find one anywhere. Now that option was there when I right clicked the icon by the clock, but thats the problem,no icon anymore,I used to just select exit, but cant do that no more either, seems the only place I could access exit and do not load on start up were in the icon by the clock...Thanks again for the replies I really appreciate it.

Click Start->Run (or search) and type MSCONFIG

Look in the tab called Startup to see if you can see the App.
Does it have a Cheak Mark in the box?
If not, check it and reboot.
