How do I remove entries?

Hi all,

When I right-click on an icon I get the following........

There are quite a few entries I would like to change or get rid of.

How is this done?

TIA.

Uninstalling winzip would help a little...The send to compressed folder option that is built in, works just as well.

WinZip is actually not one of the ones I am concerned about. I wanted rid of a few of the WinRAR entries.

I have actually found a way of going into the Registry and removing items but I wanted to be able to remove 'some' of the WinRAR items - not them all as I have had to do.

Groove was another one I removed.

I thought there may have been a small program available to manipulate context menus (to avoid entering the registry) but alas I can't find anything.
