Sata Drive Not Recognized
Hi I am installing Vista Home Premium 64 bit, when I get to the hard drive screen, its blank, I try to load drivers but there are none to load.
I have a Seagate harddrive that is Sata, and I plugged it in the left connector on the motherboard, is that the main one? Also, in my BIOS I enabled AHCI and disabled the thing after it that says Enabled = IDE mode Disabled = Legacy mode Help? How can I load these drivers lol. |

What motherboard?
And does it work if you just use ide mode? I believe you need to install drivers if you want to use ahci mode.
