Internet Explorer ?
Just setting up a new pc and I am new to vista. I seem to be missing some tabs in internet explorer. I am missing file, edit, view, Favorites, tools tabs. what are the steps needed to go through to turn these on? Thanks for any help on this.

Look for the TOOLS button on the right->then select MENU BAR.

I would suggest you try it without the menu bar for a while.
I missed it at first, but after a while I found that I never really have a use for it.
