Updating Vista
On my newer laptop I keep getting the update icon and after it updates my computer shuts off. Whenever I turn it back on it does the same. Any solutions. Oh I am using Vista.

There was a fix, I believe from MS, posted for that but I can't seem to find it right now.

First .. turn off automatic downloading and updating and set it to notify you. Then track out which update keeps re-installing. Most such issues are documented in the Microsoft KB but if you cant find it, post back here.
