Hi Gang
I am using Windows Live e-mail, does any one know if you can attach any audible e-mail sounds to your receiving mail.? I know with yahoo mail you have to have Yahoo messanger running in order to get any sounds to your e-mail. Thanx...Gunny

What happens when you go to Tools->Options->General tab->"Play a sound when new message arrives"

Stupid me, new to Live mail, I did have that checked but the sound was so weak I did not hear it unless I have the sound turned up real high. Is there any way you can change it to some like the Yahoo you have mail. :-) All that comes out now is a little ding, I am a little hard of hearing so I need some thing a little more then this. Did not see any place you could change it. Thanx.....Gunny |

Control Panel->Sounds and Devices->Sound tab
You probably have a "New Mail" sound that you can switch to anything on the list. |
