Computer Virus
My nephew got a virus I think on his computer. When you ope internet explorer, it starts to opena page and then redirects to something called #ibanner#ibanner.
I tried running AdAware and spybot, but they will not remove the files. it looks like somethign has locked me out of admin privaleges. It has the C:windows directory as read only and I can change it. Does any one have any suggestions? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Thanks

Download and run malwarebytes in safe mode.
Also run your virus program in safe mode as well. If that fails, you might want to read the hijack this sticky in the security forum.
